If you are working in private or public institutions regardless of your employment status whether you are permanent ,temporary, contractual or in co-terminus offices, you are entitled to received salary corresponding to your job specifications.
Payday is done usually twice a month. Every 15th day and 30th day of the month. Some agencies scheduled their payday just once a month-- it may fall on the 3rd week of the month.
In the Philippine government agencies you can only be hired if there are vacant positions to fill and you have the complete requirements for the said position. One of the requirements will be: 1. You are academically graduated a 4-year course or even 5-year course, 2. You are physically fit to do the job, 3. You have passed the 2nd or first grade level of eligibility given by civil service commissions (CSC), 4. You have passed the examinations given by the professional regulation commission (PRC) whichever commissions you are bound to take depending on your career, 5. You have experienced and training certificates perhaps. These are the basic requirements.
If you think you have all these, then you can have set documents now to proceed for your applications wherever applicable. You are not yet then sure that you will be hired because of the so-called job competitions.
If you think you are very much competitive than others, then you will be hired as new applicant to the position and been told to submit all the necessary documents.
